Bleach-specific out-bath

A no-rinse treatment gel.

Recommended for bleached hair (normal to stiff) that is stiff and tends to spread out.
Contains chaotropic ingredients that act on damaged areas of hair to soften hair.

How to use
After towel-drying, spread an appropriate amount evenly and thoroughly with the palm of your hand, and apply in the order of hair ends, then the middle of the hair.
