Returns
About returned goods due to customer's mistake
Please contact us within 7 days after you receive the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If we make a mistake, we exchange goods for free.
Please contact me within 7 days after you receive the item.
If different items are delivered, we will accept returns or refunds.
Also, if the item was damaged, please take the following method.
1. Hold on to broken items, package and shipping materials. They will be necessary when we apply compensation.
2. Take 2-3 pictures of the broken items.
3. Visit the nearest post office with pictures, the broken item and shipment invoice.
4. File a damage report at post office.
5. Send an email us.
6. We will submit compensation to the Japanese post office.
7. The Japanese post office will reimburse you in the amount equal to the product's price.
We will refund you when we are compensated from the Japanese post office.
