We generally ship within 7 business days after placing your order.
There may be a delay if an item is out of stock.
Express Mail Shipping (EMS):
- *Estimate Delivery time when using EMS is between 7 - 30 days.
- The amount of compensation is up to 20,000 yen.
- If the item is returned due to reasons on the recipient’s side, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
ePacket Light (up to 2kg) :
- *Estimate Delivery time when using ePacket Light is between 7 - 30 days.
- Tracking is available; however, there is no compensation in case of loss or damage.
If you require compensation for loss or damage, please use EMS. - If the item is returned due to reasons on the recipient’s side, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Surface mail (by SEA ship):
- *Estimate Delivery time when using Surface mail is average of 3 months.
- Delivery time varies by country.

- The amount of compensation:
- Weight up to 5 kg / compensation amount 11,160 yen

- Weight over 20 kg and up to 25 kg / compensation amount 27,220 yen

- Please note that if a Surface Mail shipment is returned, return shipping fees will apply.
If the return is due to reasons on the recipient’s side, we will refund the product price minus the return shipping fee.
Therefore, we recommend using EMS or Small Packet instead of Surface Mail.

Depending on the situation of Covid-19, delivery transport, customs clearance,
and local handling conditions, the number of days will differ.
We cannot take responsibility for post office delivery delays or loss.
In that case, we will request the post office to investigate. We will refund if compensation is provided by the post office.
However, there is an upper limit to the amount of compensation. (The maximum compensation amount is written in the column for each shipping method.)
For EMS, if it has not arrived after one month, we will request an investigation from the Japanese post office.
For ePacket Light, if it has not arrived after two months, we will request an investigation from the Japanese post office.
For Surface mail, if it has not arrived after four months, we will request an investigation from the Japanese post office.
